Thoughtful angles, lighting, and composition present each property in its most appealing form. Every image is designed to highlight the flow, features, and atmosphere of the space.
Delivering crisp, bright, and inviting images that make property listings stand out. Careful editing and composition help buyers instantly visualise a property’s full potential.
From capturing fine finishes to ensuring rooms look clean and welcoming, I focus on the small elements that elevate a property’s value. This results in imagery that feels both accurate and compelling.
"Seb did a brilliant job taking photos of our new holiday let venture (4 studio apartments in a historic Cotswold stone building). He was very friendly and accommodating - and edited the photos extremely quickly which was appreciated so we can now get our listings live. Would highly recommend!"

Photography sessions for property listings will include between 1-3 wide-angle images of each room in the house, with medium and tighter angles mixed in as well. Detail shots that highlight prominent aspects of the property help to communicate the feel of the property, and we make sure to include plenty to elevate the listing and separate it from the rest.
We also offer drone property photography¹ for providing crucial scale and context, establishing its setting and can make for some of the best images of the session.
Yes. All photos are professionally edited for clarity, colour balance, perspective correction, and sky replacements (if needed). Minor object removal is possible in post-production (e.g. wires, bins, or cars) so images are distraction free. Where extensive object removal is necessary, or major elements of the property need to be altered, additional fees may apply.
Tidy, decluttered spaces photograph best, but we understand that the houses we photograph will be lived in so can work around this. Check out our guide for preparing your house to be photographed for estate agent listings.
This is a difficult one to answer and depends on the duration I am booked for, the number of guests, the nature of the event, and the size of the venue. For a small 50 person gathering for 2hrs, you can expect around 120+ photos, and around 600+ images for a large 200 guest 6hr party. I deliver all images in colour, and include copies of select images as black and white versions.
I offer a comprehensive range of photographic prints, frames and other physical keepsakes, which can be purchased separately directly from your online photo gallery. For album orders, please contact me directly to organise this.
Of course! Prior to the event we’ll discuss any requests you know you’ll need on the day, but I’m always happy to take requests during the event and aim to capture these if time permits.
Yes. I always aim to arrive about an hour before your guests arrive, which gives me time to get photos of the venue and decorations. If its an evening event, I will also do a second round of venue photographs later in the night that shows off any lighting or details that look better in the dark.
