Most clients book one to three months in advance, though of course earlier is always better. Short notice bookings are considered if availability allows.
Typical turnaround is up to 14 days from the date of your event. Faster turnarounds may be possible depending on the scale and scope of the event and if my surrounding schedule permits.
I am always happy to travel anywhere in and outside of the UK for the events I cover. Travel is charged at £0.45/mile (return) from Oxford if driving. The client is expected to cover the cost of other modes of transport and accommodation if necessary, as well as other associated costs such as parking and Congestion charge fees.
This is a difficult one to answer and depends on the duration I am booked for, the number of guests, the nature of the event, and the size of the venue. For a small 50 person gathering for 2hrs, you can expect around 120+ photos, and around 600+ images for a large 200 guest 6hr party. I deliver all images in colour, and include copies of select images as black and white versions.
I offer a comprehensive range of photographic prints, frames and other physical keepsakes, which can be purchased separately directly from your online photo gallery. For album orders, please contact me directly to organise this.
Absolutely! Though I usually suggest a simple ‘shot list’ ahead of the event, I am always happy to take suggestions and requests on the day and will do my best to capture these around the schedule.
